Circular weighing platform with a rigid structural frame, designed for special weighing applications for liquefied gas cylinders. Corrosion protection is provided by primer and industrial paint. The three stainless steel weighing cells are FLINTEC SB14 type with IP68 degree of protection.

The CO2 pump starts at the beginning of the charging program. The pump runs throughout the program loading. A recirculation valve (normally open) is used to protect the pump and is open for so long when the loading system is switched off or the cylinders are not loading. The desired charging system is supplied with voltage. Charging valve remains closed (charging valve is not powered), ignition valve contact remains open and the recirculation valve remains open (the recirculation solenoid valve is not powered).
