The AXA weighing system can weigh any vehicle up to 20t / axle, static or moving at a speed of up to 6km / h (depending on the conditions of the installation site and the driver’s driving mode).

The installation is done by burying in the existing road structure for the case when upstream and downstream on a length of about 15-16m and width 3m is a perfectly flat concrete or asphalt surface. The weighing accuracy is given by this condition as well as by the driving mode of the vehicle (without braking on the scales or accelerations). The system is not used for tank trucks (fluids) knowing that while running the tank truck, it changes the center of gravity, leading to large weighing errors. Technical data:

Note: The weighing accuracy of the vehicle depends on the flatness conditions at the installation site according to the FLINTAB specification.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
The purpose of the product is to determine the mass in commercial transactions and is covered by Directive 2009/23 / EC. (repealing Directive 90/384 / EEC), transposed by H.G. 617/2003 for establishing the introduction conditions on the market and commissioning of weighing machines with non-automatic operation, republished, modified by H.G. 1302/2009. The only relevant way to use a road scale is to manage it easily and effectively weigh the data and allow it to be transferred to various other networked software applications.

IT6000E SysTec Germany is a microcomputer and a PC keyboard attached to this indicator, any truck data can be entered and report management.
