GRAVIMETRIC DISPENSER WITH AUTOMATIC OPERATION
Common alternative names: balancing scale, automatic bag dosing scale, balancing scale. English: automatic gravimetric filling instrument (AGFI), bagging scale.
The electronic weighing system is intended for the packing process and the detachment of the bag into the packing device is done manually, by using a fastening device of the bag by tightening on the loading mouth. Filling is done by free fall in two flow regimes, coarse and fine.
The electronic wrapping system works by automatically stopping the filling to a preset value (stored by the digital weight indicator), which is entered by programming directly from the indicator keypad. This value remains in the indicator memory until another default fill value is entered. When the stored value is reached, the corresponding relay interface controls the filling of the bag in the two flow regimes (coarse and fine). Various features of the enclosure can be programmed, for example:

The electronic system controls the entire packing process, monitoring the condition of the various components and reporting any errors that may occur during this process. The internal program allows the storage of all management data. It also has 2 RS232 / RS485 serial communication ports for additional connection to the printer, PC station, secondary display. Management data can be programmed to be included in the weighing dialog:
Definition of gravimetric dispenser with automatic operation: an automatic weighing machine that fills containers with a predetermined and practically constant mass, called a dose, from a bulk product.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Automatically operated weighing machine uses: A. In applications for internal, industrial, unregulated use B. In commercial transactions, under the European Union Directive 2004/22 / EC MID (Measuring Instrument Directive) transposed by H.G. 264/2006 for establishing the conditions for placing on the market and putting into operation the measuring instruments, Annex MI-005 (automatic weighing machines) and H.G. 891/2004 on the establishment of measures for market surveillance of products in the regulated fields, provided in Law 608/2001 on the assessment of product conformity.
The assessment of the conformity of the gravimetric dispenser with automatic operation with the corresponding essential requirements is carried out by applying the evaluation procedure of compliance (module B + module F):
